Our history

Meet the Balkaran’s, a visionary tech entrepreneur family with a passion for transforming education through technology. The Balkaran’s journey began with the formation of BalkTech Inc, a successful tech company focused on innovative solutions for non-profit companies. With a keen understanding of the transformative power of technology, BalkTech Inc quickly gained recognition for creating user-friendly platforms that enhanced the learning experience.

Now with the collaboration of child development members and women gender studies students, TechWiz Coding Camp lead by co-founder Elsa Balkaran became a reality, blending cutting-edge technology with proven pedagogical methods. The camp’s curriculum was carefully designed to cater to the unique learning needs of each age group. The result was a comprehensive program that not only introduced kids to the world of coding but also instilled problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration.

Our community

Our families come from nearby neighborhoods, creating a close-knit environment and strong parent partnerships. Whether we’re close to home or near the office, our center is ideal for busy working families and easy to get to – for pick-up and drop-off or to stop in for a visit.

We use fun, research-based project-based learning to help children develop learning skills, this approach involves students actively working on projects, solving problems, and creating tangible outputs using coding and computer science concepts.
